Commercial Motor Operations Product Manager
Are you ready to lead the commercial motor insurance segment across the Baltics?
We are hiring on behalf of our partner for a forward-thinking Product Manager who will own the MOD and MTPL portfolio for commercial customers, drive performance, and lead the Motor Risk Management team.
Your main responsibilities
• Take full ownership of the commercial motor product performance across all Baltic countries
• Monitor portfolio results, profitability trends, and market competitiveness, making data-driven decisions to support growth and profitability
• Lead the Motor Risk Management team: set direction, define goals, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration
• Drive standardization, automation, and transparency in pricing, underwriting, and sales processes
• Collaborate closely with local commercial sales teams and risk managers to design efficient sales funnels for motor fleets
• Contribute to short-term product planning and ensure delivery of agreed initiatives
• Bring operational insights from customers and sales teams to product development stakeholders to support long-term strategy
• Act as a subject matter expert when needed and help build an agile, improvement-oriented culture
We expect from you
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, computer science, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, analytics, or similar (insurance/finance experience is a plus)
• Initial people leadership experience (e.g., leading a small team or coordinating work within a defined scope)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian (C2) and English (C1)
