Visiting this website

The website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data that your browser sends automatically (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type) in order to deliver the page and protect the site against attacks.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain.

Contact forms

When you send us a message through a form on this website (contact, callback request, guide request), we receive the details you enter – your name, email address, phone number and message – by email, and use them only to answer your request. Our emails are delivered by the service provider Resend.

Submitting your resume and applying for jobs

If you submit your resume, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the uploaded file by email and use them to consider you for current and future vacancies. If you have agreed to it, we may send you updates by email or SMS; you can withdraw this consent at any time.

Applications for a specific vacancy are made through a form provided by our recruitment software, Recruitly. That form is loaded from Recruitly only after you click “Apply”, and the data you enter there is stored in our Recruitly account.

Embedded content from other websites

Some articles contain videos. A video is only loaded from YouTube after you click to play it. From that moment, YouTube may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with the video.

Where a form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a short check is loaded from Cloudflare when you use the form, to tell people from automated submissions.

How long we retain your data

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request. Candidate data is kept for as long as we are considering you for vacancies, or until you ask us to delete it.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we erase it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To do so, write to contact@magicmondayz.com.
