Fullstack Developer
Role: Fullstack Developer (Frontend focus)
Role Location: Tallinn (hybrid) – Helsinki-area candidates welcome if available for occasional visits to the Tallinn office.
Our partner, a fast-growing iGaming startup, is hiring a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend skills to help shape their product, architecture, and ways of working.
This is an early-stage role with real influence: you’ll make architecture and technology decisions, build features end-to-end, and help the company grow. You’ll work alongside experienced iGaming people in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy team that values fresh ideas and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will:
●Design and implement complex software systems running in the cloud.
●Collaborate with stakeholders, including the CPO, designers, and business
owners.
●Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies that improve both the customer
experience but also the development speed and quality.
What you’ll do
●Design and build complex, cloud-based systems end-to-end — frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
●Work directly with the CPO, designers, and product owners to turn ideas into shipped features.
●Bring in technologies and practices that improve player experience, development speed, and quality.
What we’re looking for
●6+ years building B2C web services for desktop and mobile.
●Strong across the stack: NextJS, Payload CMS, MongoDB Atlas, and managed cloud (Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare).
●Experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
●Strong organizational and task-management skills; can work independently.●
●Excellent team player with clear verbal communication.
