Co-Founder & Head of Sales

Joanna is the Co-Founder of Magic Mondayz, currently working on the client-side of the business. She’s responsible for Sales and Client Relationship management. Her daily tasks include: preparing tailored collaboration plans based on each company’s current recruitment needs, market mapping, and recruitment project management.

She loves people and is an ace at building meaningful relationships. Sit next to her on the plane and you won’t be bored – she never stops talking 😉 If she’s not currently glued to her laptop, she will most likely be traveling or looking for the next adventure.
