Fraud Analyst – LATAM

Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of our iGaming partner, a fast-growing online crypto casino that delivers a top-tier gaming experience. With a team of industry experts driving innovation, their rapid expansion requires strong fraud prevention measures.

We’re looking for a Fraud Analyst (REMOTE within LATAM) to join the team and play a key role in detecting fraudulent activity, managing risk, and ensuring a secure gaming environment for players. The role involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to handle fraud-related cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze behavioral and transactional data to identify fraud patterns and enhance fraud prevention strategies.
• Review and take necessary action on flagged player accounts using fraud detection tools.
• Work closely with internal teams to address fraud-related player issues and payment concerns.
• Investigate and report players who breach Terms and Conditions, contributing to mitigation efforts.
• Maintain and update internal records of flagged, locked, or banned accounts for continuous monitoring.
• Assist in optimizing fraud prevention processes and improving team efficiency.

What You Bring to the Role:

• At least 1 year of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail while keeping an analytical and strategic mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
• The ability to analyze data, make logical decisions, and apply common sense.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of online payments and fraud prevention tools.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Previous data analysis experience is a plus.
