Graphic Designer
Warsaw or Cyprus (Hybrid)
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our clients growing creative team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality visuals across multiple channels, supporting marketing campaigns with performance-driven creatives.
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns across various channels
Translate campaign ideas and briefs into engaging, conversion-focused designs
Create multiple variations of creatives for testing and iteration
Ensure consistent messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs
Refine and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights
Stay up to date with design trends, formats, and tools
Requirements:
Ability to create engaging, attention-grabbing creatives
Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns or digital marketin
Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to execute ideas quickly and independently
High level of English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with AI design tools is an advantage
Familiarity with iGaming, sweepstakes, or performance marketing is an advantage
