Senior Media Buyer

(Remote in Europe)

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer on behalf of our client, an international performance agency working with high-growth casino and sweepstakes products.

Own the daily campaign management and client communication across iGaming,
casino, and betting brands. Responsible for performance, budget management, and
reporting.

This is a remote role based in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, and
  Google Ads
• Provide regular performance feedback to clients, clearly explaining trends,
  results, and planned optimizations
• Handle daily campaign execution: testing, scaling, budget pacing, and
  troubleshooting
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Maintain naming consistency, structure, and spend tracking across accounts
• Implement A/B tests and share results with team and clients
• Monitor KPI progress and flag underperforming assets early
• Collaborate internally by sharing findings, insights, and learnings with other
  media buyers and managers to improve overall performance
• Keep up to date with ad-platform updates, compliance, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in iGaming / casino / betting / campaigns
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional major
  network
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal (client-facing)
• Highly organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset; confident reading metrics and acting on insights
• Comfortable working independently on multiple clients simultaneously
• Agency or multi-brand experience preferred
